It will be our pleasure to welcome you and your loveable four-legged friend to Parknasilla. We understand the pleasure of travelling with your dog.

For your added convenience we have recently completed building six dog Kennels - 'The Willows'.  Each unit measures 3.5 metres x 3 metres approximately.

The area located just a short 5 minute walk from the main hotel.

Our newly built kennels are perfect for your four-legged friend and enable you to bring your dog on your Parknasilla holiday.  This means the whole family can relax & unwind at Parknasilla!

For a nominal charge of €10 per night, Parknasilla offers you a home from home for your dog on your Parknasilla holiday. 

However, No one understands better than you your dogs preference so we ask that you bring with you their own bedding, prefered dog food and bowls.

Please note that we do not accept dangerous dogs as specified in regulations made under the Control of Dogs Act 1986 or amendments thereto and in particular but not limited to breeds such as;

  • American pit bull terrier
  • English bull terrier
  • Staffordshire bull terrier
  • Bull mastiff
  • Dobermann pinscher
  • German shepherd (Alsatian)
  • Rhodesian ridgeback
  • Rottweiler
  • Japanese akita
  • Japanese tosa
  • Bando

Resort Rules

While onsite we ask that you adhere to the following rules;

  • You must notify us in advance that your dog will be accompanying you and reserve a kennel.
  • Dogs (With the exception of guide dogs) are not allowed inside the hotel or in our self catering accommodation.
  • Your dog must be kept on a leash when on hotel property.
  • Whilst outside the kennels - dogs must not be left unattended.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their own dog.
  • Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
  • In the unlikely event of an incident arising, the owner will be ultimately responsible so we expect you will take all due care and be responsible as you know your dog best!
