Eco- Friendly Tourism & Sustainability are two topics that Parknasilla is very dedicated to. We are lucky to be situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Ireland and as a responsible business we believe it is our duty to protect this environment. We are in a unique position to become close to self-sufficient without causing any harm to our surroundings and this has formed the core ethos for our green policy.

Parknasilla Resort & Spa is located in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of Ireland and with the volume of people that we have staying every year we believe it is our responsibility to the protect this environment not only four our guests to enjoy but for future generations.

Here at Parknasilla Resort and Spa we are based on a 500 acre estate. Within the grounds we have developed 7 mapped walks to guide guests around the estate. This unique opportunity allows guests to enjoy their stay without any adverse effects on the environment. We also believe this affords our guests a view into the beautiful surroundings we are situated in and are trying to preserve.

As a result of our efforts over the past year we have been awarded the Eco-label from Green Hospitality Ireland. We will continue to make improvements in this area and strive to become more eco- friendly and sustainable.
