Duties included in the role are
To ensure that an informed knowledge consultation is followed at each visit.
Ensure treatments are carried out as required by the Company through relevant training that you receive.
Ensure consistency and high standards of treatments are delivered on each client visit.
Maintain the treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and presentation according to the Spa’s policies and procedures.
Ensure treatment room is prepared before client arrives.
To begin and end treatments at the published time, ensuring that clients are not kept waiting for their treatment at any time.
Ensure consultations are carried out as required by the Company through relevant training that you receive.
Assist with any client or promotional events.
To ensure that all standards in relation to the thermal suite, pool, plant room are followed and recorded where required in relation to pool testing, hot tub testing etc.
To handle any client complaints effectively and promptly and consult Spa Management in all cases.
To be open, receptive and to contribute to the training programmes.
To co-operate with ones colleagues and share knowledge to the benefit of all.
A minimum of two years previous experience is essential. Fluent English is essential as well as a customer focused attitude.
The role will include working weekends and morning and evening shifts
Rate will be in line with candidates’ experience. Discounted Staff accommodation rates and meals while on duty
will be included in the role.
