- The successful individual will be involved in the preparation and production of all food under the direction of the Head Chef.
-Applicants must have the desire and interest in learning and developing their Culinary skills and should possess strong
- Excellent presentation skills are required along with a
positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Previous Culinary/Cooking experience is desirable.
-The applicant must have a good understanding of Food Hygiene/HACCP.
-Excellent level of written and spoken English is essential
The role will involve working any five days over seven .Discounted staff accommodation rates and meals while on
duty will be included in the role.
